As part of the Food Away From Home Association, we created CoffeeShops.cc to support start-up, emerging, and established consumer brands in navigating the coffee shop market, including independent cafés, regional chains, buying groups, and distributors nationwide. This platform provides insights into product placement strategies, distributor partnerships, and retail expansion opportunities for brands looking to sell beverages, snacks, bakery items, and specialty products to coffee shops. We offer guidance on understanding café purchasing behaviors, aligning with seasonal menu trends, and leveraging direct-trade and premium ingredient positioning to appeal to coffee shop operators and baristas. Additionally, we highlight key distribution networks, foodservice sales strategies, and innovative packaging solutions to help brands enter and scale within the coffee shop segment, ensuring their products meet the demand for premium, functional, and health-conscious offerings in modern café environments.
